Hello, my name is Chloe. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with a range of populations and age groups, including younger kids (4 and older), teens, college students, professionals, and families.

My goal is to create a caring, empathetic, and positive environment for clients, to build a relationship, and help them work through their behaviors and emotions using various modalities. Everybody is different and I remain flexible in trying to tailor therapy to meet every client's needs.

With kids/teens I incorporate art therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, CBT, emotional expression work, communication skills, emotional regulation skills, and talk therapy techniques. With adults I use an eclectic approach, including CBT, Gestalt, Adlerian, Mindfulness, Reality Therapy, systems work, and Person-Centered Techniques. With families, I use a combination of the above and am constantly trying to find what works best for my clients. Further, I have certifications in The Nurtured Heath Approach and Promoting Resiliency in Girls.

I most recently became trained in LENS Neurofeedback and am excited to have the added tool to help my clients.

Hi, my name is Kristen! I obtained my second Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorder in May of 2024, and my first Master’s degree in Professional Counseling with an emphasis on Adolescent and Childhood Disorders in May of 2020. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Family Studies in May of 2017. I became a Licensed Professional Counselor in May of 2023.

I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, neurodivergent people, and adult women realize their potential as individuals and their roles in relationships. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, and neurodiversity. I do not believe in ‘one size fits all’ and use a mix of therapeutic models for my clients, such as Creative Expressive, Play Therapy, Sandtray, AutPlay, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution- Focused and Person-Centered interventions.
